SCADA Integration and Industrial Automation in Mauritania

Neodyn Group helps industrial operators, project developers and EPC contractors connect PLCs, HMI interfaces, SCADA supervision and industrial communications for projects in Mauritania. We start with your process, existing equipment and operating objectives before agreeing the engineering and commissioning scope.

Looking for a SCADA integrator in Mauritania?

We coordinate SCADA and automation engineering from Casablanca, with remote design and programming, equipment interfaces, testing and any site work defined for the project.

Automation designed around the installation

A useful SCADA system gives operators actionable information, not just more screens. We review the installed PLCs, instruments, communications, alarms and operating modes before defining what should be integrated, retained or modernised.

What we can integrate

  • PLC and control logic

Review PLC or RTU architecture, I/O requirements, sequences, interlocks and the control functions required by the process.

  • HMI and operator interfaces

Define clear screens, equipment status, commands, permissives and operator information for local control rooms.

  • SCADA supervision

Structure alarms, trends, historical data and dashboards around the decisions operators and maintenance teams need to make.

  • Industrial communications

Assess available protocols, gateways, network coverage and local operating modes before specifying interfaces or replacements.

Where Mauritanian projects may need this support

The technical scope changes with the facility. These are typical project situations for a first engineering discussion.

  • Mining and mineral processing

Coordinate conveyors, motor control, pumping and process measurements. For an upgrade, review existing PLCs, electrical drawings and shutdown windows before planning the integration.

  • Water and pumping stations

Bring pump status, tank levels, flow, pressure and alarms into useful operator displays. For dispersed sites, assess communications, local control and loss-of-link behaviour.

  • Energy and utility installations

Connect electrical equipment, meters, generators, renewable systems or storage interfaces to the agreed monitoring and control architecture.

From the first technical call to commissioning

  1. Review the installation

Share the site location, process objective, existing PLC or SCADA references, drawings and the operating problem you want to solve.

  2. Define the integration scope

Agree the architecture, interfaces, deliverables, responsibilities, communications constraints and the work that can be prepared remotely.

  3. Test, transfer and support

Plan FAT/SAT or equivalent checks, backups, documentation, operator handover and any onsite commissioning before work begins.

What to send for a technical review

A finished specification is not required for the first conversation. Send what is available and identify what is missing.

  • Facility location and type: Nouakchott, Nouadhibou, a mining site or another installation
  • New installation, modernisation, fault diagnosis or remote-monitoring objective
  • PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA, instrument and communication references
  • Process description, I/O list, drawings, network information or screenshots where available
  • Access conditions, communications availability, shutdown windows and target schedule

Questions about SCADA integration in Mauritania

Can Neodyn integrate an existing PLC or SCADA system?

Yes. We first review the installed hardware and software, source files, licences, protocols and access permissions to determine what can be retained, connected or modified.

Can the engineering work be prepared from Morocco?

Some design, programming, documentation and technical review can be prepared from Casablanca. Site surveys, physical checks and commissioning are assessed separately according to the installation and project responsibilities.

Can you support a pumping or mining project?

We can discuss defined automation and supervision work for pumping, water, mining and processing installations. The final scope depends on the process, equipment, communications and available documentation.

Do you have a permanent office in Mauritania?

Neodyn Group is based in Casablanca, Morocco. Mauritania is the current focus of our African market development; any local coordination, travel or site work is agreed for the project.

Discuss your Mauritania automation project

Tell us the site location, the system you need to integrate and the operating objective. We will discuss the technical fit, missing information and a practical next step before defining the work.
