Utilities Engineering and Energy Efficiency Services in Morocco

From our Casablanca base, we help industrial teams in Morocco and across Africa assess electrical demand, water and pumping systems, metering and energy monitoring. Each improvement starts with the site's data and operating needs.

Make utility performance visible before changing equipment

Neodyn Group provides utilities engineering for industrial facilities, combining electrical distribution, instrumentation and energy monitoring. We help operators assess their existing systems, identify improvement opportunities and plan upgrades around operational requirements.

Industrial utilities keep production running, but a monthly bill alone cannot show which load, shift or operating mode drives consumption. We start with available meter data, drawings and site conditions, then define the measurements and engineering changes worth investigating.

How a utility-improvement project is evaluated

  1. 01

    Measure

Identify main loads and utility users, existing meters, operating hours and a usable consumption baseline.

  2. 02

    Assess

Compare demand and operating patterns with the process requirement; review controls, losses and equipment constraints.

  3. 03

    Implement & verify

Agree the upgrade scope, commissioning checks and indicators to compare after the change.

Industrial utility systems we can review

The scope is selected for the facility rather than applied as a standard package. It may involve one system or the interfaces between several systems.

Electrical distribution & energy metering

Review single-line diagrams, major loads, meter locations and electrical demand. Define sub-metering, data collection and monitoring needs for the site.

Water systems & pumping

Examine pump operating modes, flow and pressure measurements, tank levels and control sequences against the site's actual water demand.

HVAC & compressed-air interfaces

Where these utilities are in scope, review run hours, setpoints, available measurements and the control or monitoring interfaces needed to investigate consumption.

Dashboards & plant control

Bring agreed utility measurements into useful trends, alarms or reports, and assess interfaces with existing PLC, SCADA or energy-management systems.

What does an energy baseline tell you?

A baseline is a reference for energy use under defined operating conditions. It helps the project team compare performance before and after a change. The comparison must account for relevant changes in production, operating hours or other site conditions; savings cannot be stated reliably from a new dashboard alone.

Information that helps us scope your project

You do not need a finished specification. Send what is available so we can identify data gaps, site checks and a practical next step.

  • Site location, facility type and the utility or energy problem you want to solve
  • Electricity or water bills, interval-meter exports or other consumption history, if available
  • Single-line diagrams, meter list, pump or major-equipment details and existing control-system references
  • Production schedule, operating hours, planned shutdowns and decision deadline

Discuss an industrial utilities or energy-monitoring project

Tell us which system you need to understand or improve and what data you already have. We will discuss the technical fit, measurements and delivery scope before proposing work.
