NEO-LU240 SITRANS Ultrasonic Transmitter

The LU240 is a compact and intelligent ultrasonic level transmitter, designed for non-contact continuous measurement in liquids and some bulk solids. Emitting high-frequency sound waves, it determines the level by calculating the return time of the echo, offering a cost-effective and maintenance-free solution for chemical storage tanks or filter beds. With HART compatibility and an EDD interface for SIMATIC PDM, the LU240 integrates easily into automation systems for remote monitoring. Robust and chemical-resistant with its ETFE or PVDF transducers, it is ideal for harsh environments in the water, wastewater, environmental, and industrial process industries.
